Metro Service Expands with Extended Night Hours to Improve Accessibility
The city's metro service has expanded its operational hours to include late night services. Starting this weekend, trains will run every 30 minutes until midnight on weekdays and until 2 AM on weekends. This change is designed to accommodate the growing number of late night workers and entertainment goers in the city. With over 300,000 daily riders, the metro system has become the city’s backbone for urban mobility, and officials expect this extension to reduce road congestion and provide a safer, more affordable commuting option for late night travelers.
